Scotland Hotel
Located in Downtown Scotland on the corner of Main Street (CR 200S) and East Scotland Road, the property is one of the five properties in Greene County listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Built in 1879 by William H. Haig, the two-story Italianate frame structure has a large verandah-style porch on two sides of the building. Operated as a hotel until the 1960’s, the structure, now owned by the Scotland Historical Society, operates as a museum dedicated to preserving the history of the Scotland community
