McVille
The little village of McVille (pronounced MacVille) is located in the northeast portion of Beech Creek Township and named for Squire McHaley. It was platted with 24 lots and two intersecting streets, Point Commerce Street and West Street. The community had a store, a post office, and a blacksmith shop. Little business was ever done there.
